Return and Replacement Process:
Initiating a Return:
- To initiate a return, please opt for a return from your end or contact our customer service team within 7 business days of receiving your order.

If a refund is requested after the order has been delivered, only the product amount will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Eligibility:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
- Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, damages during transit, or if the wrong product was delivered.

Products will be applicable for return only when it is done within 7 business days.
Return Shipping:
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage during transit, or a wrong product delivered, we will arrange for the return shipping at our expense.
Replacement or Refund:
- Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process either a replacement or a refund based on your preference.
- If you opt for a replacement, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost.
- If you choose a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Return of Wrongly Delivered Product:
- If the wrong product was mistakenly delivered, it must be returned to us in the same condition it was delivered to the customer.
- We will provide prepaid shipping labels or arrange for the return pickup to ensure the item is returned safely to us.
